My Mission
To empower individuals and couples to embrace their authentic selves, fostering connection and intimacy through compassionate support, insight, and a sprinkle of humour.
I am a COSRT-accredited sexologist and relationship therapist, an accredited gender, sex, and relationship diversity therapist with Pink Therapy, and an NCIP-registered contemporary psychotherapist. Additionally, I am a skilled EMDR practitioner registered with EMDR UK.
In my practice, I work with individuals and couples on various issues, including sexual dysfunction, mismatched desire, and trauma. I offer compassionate support and evidence-based interventions to help clients understand and navigate the complexities of their experiences, providing tailored strategies that promote well-being and intimacy.
As a dedicated LGBTQIA ally, I work with a diverse range of clients, including those from GSERD (Gender, Sex, Erotic, and Relationship Diversities) communities. My practice is inclusive of polyamorous and consensual non-monogamous structures and welcomes individuals who are trans, of non-mainstream orientations, as well as sex workers and those in kink communities.
In addition to working with a wide array of clients, I also support parents—especially mothers—in reconnecting with their sexuality and intimacy after having children. Recognising the unique challenges of balancing identity and desire within parenthood, I provide a safe, compassionate space for parents to explore and revitalise these aspects of themselves.
My expertise has led me to serve as the relationship expert on the Channel 4 show Let's Make a Love Scene and as MoreYoga's resident Sexpert. I am also the creator and host of the podcast Sex Unshackled, which explores various aspects of sexuality and relationship issues. Most recently, I was honoured to be named Relationship Therapist of the Year 2024 by the Southern Enterprise Awards, hosted by SME News.
My approach centres on battling shame and empowering individuals to find tailored solutions that work uniquely for them. I reject a one-size-fits-all methodology, preferring instead to work closely with clients to normalise their experiences within both a personal and broader societal context.
