Hello, I'm Becky
I didn't arrive at this work in a straight line. I trained first as a dancer, then spent ten years teaching yoga in London, before finding my way into sex and relationship therapy. The body has been the thread through all of it - dance, yoga, and now the therapy room: different rooms, same fascination with what we hold and rarely say out loud.
Somewhere in that decade I became fascinated by embodiment and the more sensual, human side of all this - and that curiosity led me, via tantra and a great deal of training, into sex and relationship therapy. The thread was always the same: helping people feel at home in their bodies and honest in their relationships.
These days I have thousands of client hours behind me - but what I hope you feel most is that this is a safe, warm place to talk. In the room I'm direct, warm, and genuinely unshockable. There's very little I haven't heard, nothing you could say that would faze me, and there's often more laughter than people expect, even around the things that feel hardest to say. Getting shame out of the room is the whole job.
Alongside my own practice, I founded Connection Clinic, a specialist sex and relationship therapy platform - because I wanted more people to be able to find this kind of support, with a therapist who's right for them.
A couple of things that shape how I work: I have ADHD myself, so I understand neurodivergent minds from the inside rather than just the textbook. And as a parent, I know first-hand how profoundly intimacy and identity can shift after having children - which is part of why that work matters so much to me.
I believe good therapy rests on training that never really stops - so if you like to know exactly who you're trusting with all this, here's where I've worked and everything I've trained in.
