Between sleepless nights, feeding routines, toddler chaos, and the sheer emotional load of early parenthood, it’s easy for couples to feel more like co-managers than partners.

But somehow, connection feels harder.
You’re not doing anything wrong.
This is an incredibly common stage, and it deserves space, support, and care.
This programme offers exactly that.
A Therapeutic Space (But Not Therapy)
This course provides a therapeutic-style environment - reflective conversations on intimacy, grounding practices, relational tools - but it is not therapy or couples counselling.
It’s an educational, supportive space designed to help you reconnect in a gentle, pressure-free way.
A Safe Environment - No Nudity, Ever
All sessions are held fully clothed, and no nudity is involved at any point.
Any touch-based exercises are completely optional and can be done off-camera if you prefer.
Your comfort and boundaries come first.
Held Live on Zoom
Six weekly sessions, all live on Zoom, so you can join from home without the need for childcare or travel.
A Space Designed With Real Parents in Mind
The sessions run on Sunday evenings, 8–9:30pm (UK) — a time chosen because most little ones are usually asleep by then (we hope).
However, this is a real-life, real-parent space, and we all know bedtime doesn’t always go to plan.
If you need to:

This programme is designed to be flexible, understanding, and adaptable - never another thing you have to “get right”.
Who This Is For
This programme is designed with couples 6 months to 2 years postpartum in mind - a point where many people feel out of sync, overwhelmed, or unsure how to bring intimacy back.
But if this resonates with you at any stage of postpartum, you are welcome.
Whether your baby is a few months old or several years old, if you feel disconnected and want support, you’ll fit right in.

Sample Session: What to Expect
Each 90-minute Zoom session is a safe, supportive space where couples reconnect emotionally, physically, and relationally.
What happens:
• Welcome & grounding: Arrive, settle, and tune into the present.
• Sharing circle: A gentle check-in to understand where each couple is and guide the session.
• Embodiment & connection: Fully clothed, tantra-inspired exercises for touch, presence, and emotional closeness (optional and adaptable).
• Reflection & integration: Short exercises and prompts to help couples connect and apply what they’ve learned together.
• Closing: Calm, supported, and ready for the week ahead.
